Fast Food:
Fast Food has been proven to be so harmful to the human body. Fast food restaurants increase health problems throughout the world, and fast food restaurants must be stopped to maintain good health in everyone.

Fast Food is high in sodium, saturated fat, trans fat, and cholesterol, eating too much fast food can lead to health problems, such as high blood pressure, heart disease, and obesity. Most ingredients in fast food is so harmful to the human body, the FDA has required the trans fat be removed from all foods served at restaurants by 2018, hopefully this will reduce health problems throughout the world.

It is important to stop eating fast food because it's high in calorie which results in low energy
throughout the day. Fast food has been around in America since the 1950's, but it is only now getting blamed for the nation's obesity problems.

"Fast food is cheap and good, I can rely on fast food when i'm busy daily," said Abby Hurt.

Fast food may be cheaper than healthy food short term, eating fast food daily can cause serious health issues long terms, which will surely result in expense ($147 billion of obesity for the American nation in one year alone). Eating too much sugar and carbs causes your body to pump our extra insulin, which also causes type 2 diabetes.

According to Hurt, fast food tastes good. Fast food may taste good but within all the burgers and fries is sodium, fat, and cholesterol, which will all lead to health problems, causing millions of dollars to cure.

Some solutions to reduce consumption of fast food include making a healthy breakfast to fuel your body with protein and energy to start your day, even something as little as a smoothie and a juice can help you feel better throughout the day.

A good way to avoid craving fast food is to stash snacks in your purse or car, these snacks can be apples or even fritos. Avoid eating out where oil and fats are served , you don't have to limit yourself completely, you can have a goal for only eating at fast food places once a month. Finally, knowing the nutrition facts can be very beneficial when determining what is good for your body and what isn't.

Almost everyone craves fast food, but it's so toxic for the human body. Fast food restaurants increase health problems, but everyone can change the way they eat. Therefore, the solutions given will reduce of consumption of fast food, which will help better health throughout America.
