Front Pages of the World

What is your favorite newspaper front page? Why? I liked the New York Times because of the layout and fonts, I also liked the information that was displayed on it. The design is what really drew my attention.  What is your favorite headline from that newspaper? Why are you interested in it?   My favorite headline from that newspaper was "Shots are fired, and bots swarm, to social divides" because its in all caps and pops because of the font choice. It also is interesting and appealing because it uses a quote to capture emotion.  How many stories are on the front page of your favorite?   There are 6 stories on my favorite newspaper. What do you notice that all newspaper front pages have in common? Look at design, size of photos, size of story text, etc.  They all have a large title, then theres usually 1-2 pictures on each front page. Who: Janice Jones, 53. What: Jones was taken to the hospital after her weapon had fired. When: Wednesday at 10 p.m Where: Barstow California Why:She was eating pork chops. How:Her dog knocked over the gun and it discharged. Word Count:  207     Janice Jones of Barstow California was taken to the hospital when she was eating pork chops and her dog knocked over her handgun which discharge and shot her in the leg on Wednesday at 10 p.m.     " Jones was eating pork chops in the back of her motor home," reported Rye said. "  H er dog knocked her 9 mm handgun off a seat, the weapon discharged when it hit the floor, and the bullet passed through Jones leg.     Jones was shot in the right leg and transported to the Irvine Medical Center.
